You are responsible for getting yourself to and from airports and hotels to the venues we attend. Please use public transport where possible and Taxi’s only if late at night or the public transport options are not available. Most venues are walkable once you reach Central London.
Please keep track of all your expenses, if you are buying lunch or drinks during the 3 days of the offsite these may be expensed to the company. Please keep in mind we are a cost conscious company so buying tables in nightclubs will be frowned upon. Also transport may be expensed to and from the offsite, no transport to locations other than described above.
We will have a small get together in Soho as people begin to arrive into London from abroad. Please do not feel you need to attend this event as many of the UK based team will likely not be there. Please call Alexis +447783 722 346 if you get lost.
Tea coffee and snacks will be provided so feel free to arrive a bit earlier on the Monday morning to make a coffee so that we can get started by 9am. We won't be providing breakfast at the offsite so make sure you eat at your hotel or home before you arrive on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
No dress code, it will be a very casual get together so no need to dress in any sort of formal attire. Although it has been cooler recently London weather can be temperamental so bring a jacket.
Bring your laptop, pen and paper to take notes, and a bottle of water.
There is WiFi at the off-site venue, all other venues may have Wi-Fi but don't count on it. Please see the Connectivity page for the off-site venue WiFi and screen sharing details.
